CrowdJustice Target Reached: Phase 1 Secured

We have achieved something remarkable. Thanks to the incredible support of over 999 pledgers, we have hit our £25,000 stretch target on CrowdJustice.
What does this mean?
This means Phase 1 of our legal challenge is fully funded. We now have the "war chest" ready to act the moment the government finalizes its plans.
Next Steps:
1. Legal Opinion: Kingsley Napley is finalizing the formal Legal Opinion based on extensive research.
2. Pre-Action Protocol (PAP): Once the government issues its policy statement, we will immediately launch the Pre-Action Protocol letter.
3. Judicial Review: If the government refuses to amend its retrospective policy, we are prepared to move to a Judicial Review.
