The Scope:
They are currently tasked with:
1. Reviewing all current and proposed legislation regarding the 5-year settlement route.
2. Drafting our foundational 'Letter of Claim' based on the principle of Legitimate Expectation.
3. Preparing for potential High Court action should the government proceed with retrospective changes.
